DescriptionA small silk badge, divided into three vertical bands of red, white, and blue. Centered in gilt print is the encircled bust of a male figure, possibly George Washington. Above the portrait reads "1776," and below "1876." Attached to the top of the badge is a small metal eagle, wings outstretched, with shield. Seven strands of decorative metallic cording drape from the bottom of the badge.
