DescriptionA finger ring of gold, with inset overlay of woven light brown human hair. At the ring's center front is an applied rectangular panel engraved "Addie."NotesAlthough both giver and receiver of this charming gold ring, engraved "Addie," is unknown, a few clues point to its wearer. The large size of the ring itself, measuring three quarters of an inch, which converts to a size 9 ring measurement, seems to be made for a man's larger fingers. The light brown hair woven through the gold's openwork banding may be from "Addie," the name engraved on the ring's front panel.
